One of the best restaurants I have ever been. The service is amazing. Thai Tea was delicious and the food is cooked as you order, is fresh and amazing flavors. Then you top it with their sticky rice mango and coco ice cream. Overall amazing restaurant I highly recommended !!!

I was satisfied with the food and service. They were friendly and refilling our drinks. Most of their dishes (papaya salad, crying tiger sauce, pad thai) are very sweet, I would prefer if it was less sweet.

This place is a hidden gem! Food is prepared fresh and you don't have to wait long for service. Lunch specials are decently priced and includes a free Thai tea, soda or Thai lemonade. Food is amazing, lots of flavor, and fresh ingredients! This is definitely a go-to place for lunch! The environment is very clean and staff are friendly! Plenty of space for large and small groups, they even have an outside patio. You won't be disappointed if you give it a try and will come back!

Authentic and delicious Thai restaurant! The owner, Patsie, is such a sweet heart! Her positive energy really makes Thai Gulf a special place. Beautiful Thai decor as well. Honestly one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Orange County!! Such amazing and friendly owners with so very delicious and unique recipes. The curries are to die for and love getting it with the roti for dipping. Also, the pineapple fried rice is a game changer! Can't wait to go back!

If you are looking for delicious thai food in Huntington Beach, you got to check at Thai Gulf. It is located in a beautiful setting and you can feel the ocean breeze. I love their papaya salads with marinated blue crab. The owner made this dish herself and marinated using fresh blue crab. I would day get this and it is the star of the show. You probably have tried Korean marinated crab but thai marinated blue crab is a mush try. It is testers sweet and spicy! It has a hint of fish sauce. Check out the is spot,

OMG! Did this restaurant beat my favorite restaurant in LA?! Will I drive to the OC just to eat here, absolutely! That says a lot! The food was so delicious! The server was hilarious! While I was ordering, she said, "Oh! You're hungry!" LOL. Some people might take offense to that, but I found it hilarious! Order everything in the pictures! Suuuuper delicious! The only thing that I had an issue with was that she clearly forgot to put in my curry order so I had to wait a while for that to be made. It eventually came and it was delicious. She blamed it on the kitchen. I think she just forgot cuz she was busy making jokes. LOL Easy plaza parking. The restaurant was clean.

I'm a huge lover of Thai food so I had to give this place a try! It was empty on a weekday and we were seated promptly. The restaurant kind of smelled sour which was a little off putting. Service was prompt and the lady was sweet. We ordered the tom kha, crab fried rice, green avocado curry, and massaman curry, along with mango sticky rice for dessert. The tom kha was a good amount of sweetness with a subtle sour flavor, which I really enjoyed. The crab fried rice was yummy as well, I liked that it wasn't as oily as the Thai food that I am used to. The green curry was amazing and the basil flavor was perfect. The massaman curry was my least favorite. The beef chunks were tough and hard to chew. I wouldn't order it again. The mango sticky rice was sweet and a little tangy.

WOW! If you're looking for fair prices and chef-made Thai food, Thai Gulf in Huntington Beach is the place to be! This family-owned gem prides itself on having absolutely NO MSG in any of their dishes, which is a huge plus for health-conscious diners - especially for myself because MSG triggers migraines. The menu is filled with standout dishes, but some of my favorites were the massaman curry, Tom yum soup, soft shell snow crab curry. And you absolutely can't leave without trying one of their desserts. The sweet mango sticky rice is a Thai classic, but they also have unique ones like fried banana roti and their newest addition, thai tea bingsoo! We visited for dinner, but it's worth noting that they offer great Lunch Specials until 3 PM. These specials come with a FREE Thai iced tea, lemonade, or soda with your meal (making it an even better deal!) Highly recommend Thai Gulf!

This restaurant is tucked in between many other business and has beautiful Thai decorations with an extensive menu of great Thai food. We came in for Friday dinner and the restaurant was empty. We sat down and ordered immediately. The pad Thai noodles were cooked great. It had great flavor and a hint of spice that made it tasteful. The boat noodles were also really good. It had a nice heat to it, and the meat was cooked really well. The Thai iced coffee was strong and had great flavor. The crying tiger was a bit over cooked. We wanted it to be more medium. The dipping sauce was good and the texture wasn't too bad. I know other places make it pretty chewy- but it is good here. I will say, they definitely pressure you to post a review and it's pretty awkward. But the food was pretty good, I'd come again.
